We are group 6. We provide a company named “FantasticTime” that offer the service of online TV watching and video games rental through DVD-by-mail in the UK.

Existing customer--this section of customer had accounts at FantasticTime, they like FantasticTime
service and want get more benefit from the FantasticTime like some offer at
special day.
New customer-these customer heard FantasticTime
from friends , ads or search engine. They are curious about the service and
product of the FantasticTime and possible to be a loyal customer of the FantasticTime.
Demographic segmentation- FantasticTime
currently operates in
Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the UK, it provide
different languages for customer in the Europe, there is no restrict on
languages and area.
Psychographic
segmentation- Customer can pay for per view in FantasticTime also can see some
free movie provided by FantasticTime.
If customer like to collect DVD for the movie, FantasticTime can post the DVD within one business day after
customer pay for the DVDs. It is very convenient for watch movie even online or
offline after you become a FantasticTime’s member.

are serial devices can provide customers watch TV online. Customers can watch
TV on a computer screen, a television screen (through a set-top box) or a

which lets customers more convenient to watch their favorite programs.

selling online TV websites offer on-demand services that customers do not have
to keep track of scheduling. Because those websites using webcasting or
real-time streaming video.
In order
to reach customers interests, lots of websites use data mining to find out
customers specific interests. For instance, if a customer like watch comedy
movies, websites will recommend more similar type of movie for this customer
